Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Purpose of the role:
Supporting the team with all administrative tasks relating to activities across the Visa Application Centers including Office and diary management; travel and expenses; development and maintenance of document and record repository; project support.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Customer Relationship Management activities
Office, meeting and diary management to include assistance with travel and expenses for the team and publication of meeting minutes.
Supporting the timely and accurate publication and retention of performance monitoring including risk/issues registers and internal communications.
Engagement with operational teams including working with external and internal stakeholders as required
Supporting other projects work as necessary
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum: Graduate or globally recognized equivalent degree
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years office-based work experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the energy and enthusiasm to complete jobs accurately and meet challenging deadlines.
· Ability to work with cross functional, regional and culturally diverse teams
· Support in ongoing projects, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and issues, reporting progress to core management team
Knowledge & Key Skills:
· Fluency in both written and spoken English
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
· Desirable: Project Delivery support and management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
