Receptionist/Admin Assistant
£11.46 per hour plus benefits
24 hours per week - 9am-5pm
Week 1: Monday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Leah Lodge in Blackheath is a luxurious residential and dementia home.
We are looking for an experienced part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant who will be the first point of contact at our home. Days of work are set and are as follows: Week 1: Monday, Saturday and Sunday and Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. There will be opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays.
You will need to have a friendly, caring and compassionate personality and ensure high quality customer care is delivered at all times to our residents, visitors and family members.
In addition to reception duties you will support the home administrator with administrative duties so a knowledge of IT/PC systems is required. Attention to detail is essential. A large part of the role is to assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. This will involve compiling all new starter paperwork, setting employee files, DBS, reference chasing and ordering uniforms and badges.
This is a very busy but rewarding role, previous administrative experience is essential.
