Job description
Growth Leads is looking for a freelance admin assistant to help with the running of our large freelancer pool.
Working remotely, you will liaise with our Head of Global Content to ensure all admin-related duties are completed as scheduled.
Tasks to include:
- Assisting with the set up of Google Sheets files to manage our content orders
- Helping with content pool management, including talking to writers and QAs as required
- Assisting in the creation of the guidelines and templates necessary to run a large content team
- Assisting with recruitment of new writers, QAs, and publishers
- Conducting research related to the content we produce and necessary for the management of our internal database
- Data entry related tasks
Our ideal candidate
- Is comfortable with the idea of a freelance position where work is conducted on a task-by-task basis
- Is familiar with the Google Suite and, particularly, Google Sheets
- Has some content writing experience or, at least, good general writing skill
- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions, happily works in a group environment, and is willing to learn the ins and outs of our particular sites
- Is a clear communicator, particularly in terms of availability and when work will be completed
Work schedule
- The nature of our work ebbs and flows, but we would estimate at least 10 hours per week.
