Job description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic admin support team member, with a strong customer service approach, to look after guest bookings and sales, schedule cleaning duties, liaise with contractors and actively promote and market our property portfolio.
Key responsibilities
● Manage guest booking and sales through a variety of platforms (including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo)
- Liaise with our cleaning teams to organise property cleans
- Liaised with our maintenance teams to proactively deal with any issues arising
- List / market properties across multiple platforms
- Proactive approach to generating new reservations
- Assist with monthly reporting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent and customer service focused telephone manner
● Ability to manage and prioritise a range of tasks
● Excellent time management across a range of activities
● Experience of using web and app-based technology (including, but not limited to Trello, Asana, G-suite, Word and Excel, Uplisting). Experience of all is not essential as training will be given.
● The ability to work in a self-managed way as well as working well within a team
- Helpful, hardworking, flexible, reliable and trustworthy approach
- Ability to manage confidential and personal information appropriately
- Ability to maintain office systems and processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
