Join our Customer Operations team as a Admin Assistant

The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Admin Assistant in Camden London.
Salary: £22,000 - £24,500 per annum
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices relating to managing agents and service charge costs, including the internal setup of new suppliers.
- Providing excellent customer service to a range of customers and external contacts across the full range of department functions.
- Providing administrative support to all sections as required and to ensure deadlines are met including photocopying, filing, minute taking, assisting in the preparation of standard documentation, data entry and correspondence plus any other general office duties as required.
- Setting up, using and or managing systems required for the smooth running of the team.
- Assisting with the compilation of statistical information as required, including on performance indicators.
- Accurately maintaining and updating automated and filing systems and any other records.
- Maintaining and updating monitoring logs and providing analysis and information from them.
- Ordering stationery supplies for the department, ensuring adequate stocks are held.
- Assisting the team in answering calls, taking messages, and referring calls to the correct department/staff.
What you will need to succeed

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of setting up and implementing effective administrative and control systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills generally and specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
- High level of numeracy. .
- Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Experience of working in a team to achieve high performance targets
