Job description
We are seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our Short Term Support Services based in Blyth Northumberland. This exciting opportunity allows for skills to be developed and nurtured in both an acute hospital setting as well as a community setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your administrative skills and join friendly teams at both sites which are based at Wansbeck General Hospital and The Harbour Suite at Blyth Community Hospital.
The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive admin service including dealing with client referrals into the service, maintaining databases, using Swift, Nervecentre and PAS and other admin duties such as answering the telephones, filing , photocopying, adding creating client files.
We require a good team player who is enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable with a high level of communication skills (both written and verbal).
This is a part time (22.2 hours), permanent position. Band 3 salary £21,575 - £21,968 (full time equivalent) - part time salary £12,945 - £13,180.
