Sales and Export Administrator
My client a well-respected long standing specialist fabric supplier with sites based in Bradford and Europe are looking for a Sales and Export Administrator to support the internal team.
Their increasing expansion and continued success yet still retaining the ethos of a family business has created opportunity (at the site in Bradford) for someone who has excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
The role is a fantastic opening if you are looking to bring your current skill set and are hungry to develop new ones within a thriving and busy sales, manufacturing, and distribution environment.
No two days will be the same!
Duties include but not limited to:
- Taking Sales and general enquires via email and phone
- Raising purchase orders, goods received
- Monitoring collections / deliveries
- Arranging collections, Royal Mail FedEx, export shipments
- Updating website with new ranges / news stories etc.
- Shade card creation, ensure shade cards / hangers are available
- Lab dip management and creation
- General client administration
- General support to the management team
- Ordering office supplies
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 min lunch unpaid) Friday 08.30am- 2.00pm (no lunch)
Salary:
19,000 - 21,000 DOE
