Admin Assistant– Oxford.
You will be supporting a busy team with all admin duties, telephone support and customer enquiries. You will be a key member of the Lettings team supporting the Sales Negotiators and Directors so you will need to have excellent customer service skills as you will often be the first point of contact for Landlords and Tenants. Working in a busy office you will need to be a proactive, high-performing individual with great attention to detail.
The company is offering a basic salary of up to £24k, depending on experience. Car parking is available near to the office. You will be required to cover one Saturday in every four. Immediate start available.
Responsibilities – Administrator – Lettings Agency
You will be carrying out a varied number of tasks including:
- Managing the company website and associated web presence with all property details and updates
- Typing all property particulars, valuation reports, letters etc
- Organising the appointments diary for property viewings
- Maintaining the window display and circulation of property details
- Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
This is a customer-facing role both on the telephone and face-to-face where you will be required to juggle a number of tasks at one time.
Candidate – Administrator – Lettings Agency
Ideally you will have previous experience in Estate Agency / Property Lettings or General Administration and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have exceptional presentation, communication and IT skills and the ability to organise your workload with minimal supervision.
