Salary: £23,720 to £27,106 per annum pro rata based on 35 hours per week

What will a day in the life of an Admin Assistant entail? You'll:
- Provide administrative support needed for travel and accommodation arrangements for Technology managers and staff.
- Arrange meetings, take minutes and assist with the preparation of documents and reports for internal and external meetings where necessary.
- Manage diaries for the Director of Technology, Head of Platforms and Information Security and Head of Service Delivery.
- Preparing, reviewing and managing expense claims from staff.
- Arrange meetings and book rooms in UK Office, Paisley and Salford.
To be a successful Admin Assistant, You’ll need:
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to work autonomously and remotely
- The ability to determine which emails, reports, telephone calls need to be acted on by managers.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Fast, accurate typing and minute taking skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Prior experience of supporting busy managers in demanding environment.
