Responsibilities for the role:
- Main switchboard controller for incoming/outgoing calls
- Maintaining client records
- Dealing with correspondence, queries and incoming emails.
- Collecting and inputting information accurately onto computerised forms
- Assisting with creating customer invoices and account reconciliation.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, exhibitions/events and update of social media platforms e.g., Facebook, Twitter, website, LinkedIn etc.
- Assisting in maintaining and improving health and safety in the workplace documents
Skills and experience required:
- To be educated to GCSE in English and Maths between level A-C
- Strong Administration and IT skills.
- Credit Control/ AAT (not essential but desirable)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in an office environment preferable
- Always showing discretion and confidentiality
