This is an exciting 3 month opportunity to join a leading publishing organization as a fully remote admin assistant!
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying returned contracts,
- Providing ad hoc support to Sales Director, Managers and staff
- Being responsible for accounts payable and providing holiday cover for accounts receivable
- Keeping record of staff attendance, absences and holidays
- Answering reception lines and directing calls
- Being responsible for stationary supply and mail
- Organising parties, office drinks and birthday gifts
- Contacting Office Manager if a new starter request is made or for HR or IT issues that cannot be resolved
- Minimum 12 months of admin experience
- Happy working remotely and can function autonomously
- Has experience supporting a team
- Self-motivated and proactive worker
