Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an Admin and data support officer on a fixed term temporary contract or secondment within our ReConnect Care after custody Services. Reconnect is a triage, assessment, referral and support service and starts working with people before they leave prison, helping them to make the transition to community-based services that will provide the health and care support that they need. The post holder will provide high quality and comprehensive administration support to the team.
The post holder will be responsible for the office functions of the service and will support effective team working with the ReConnect Service by ensuring that information flows across the team on a daily basis. The post holder will collate and produce information that allows the service to undertake analysis, evaluation and improve continuously service delivery.
The ReConnect service was established in 2022 and covers Lancashire and Cumbria. The service prides itself on the collaborative and inclusive nature of the team and excellent working relationships that have developed since its inception. The team consists of staff with a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds, including lived experience and we are committed to the ongoing development of a fully inclusive workforce.
