Our team across mental health and neurodevelopmental pathways is made up of a unique combination of expert mental health counsellors, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, social workers, educational navigators, specific learning difficulties assessors, a psychiatrist, specialist nurses & prescribers, a cardiologist, a pharmacist, skilled managers, and IT specialists. We are continuously developing our e-health platform to ensure better and more accessible services to those in need.
We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to support our team of highly skilled ADHD practitioners with administrative duties to allow for the smooth operation of clinical care for adults and children who have been referred by their university, health insurer or the NHS for ADHD assessment and treatment.
You will report to the ADHD Clinical & Prescribing Leads and work very closely with the Co Head of ND Operations.
The right candidate will have extensive clinical experience working in an administrative and operations capacity. You will be flexible and proactive. Whilst a team player with excellent communication skills, you will also need to be inspiring and highly organised.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to our team of practitioners.
- Management of clinical diaries for practitioners.
- GP liaison, supporting with shared care agreements and where applicable supporting Operations with managing GP summaries and clinic letters.
- Managing client telephone queries and emails relating to prescribing issues.
- Recording information relating to assessment and prescribing and the tracking of processes in a timely manner.
- Ensuring reports, letters and other documentation are proof-read, completed on time, formatted and professionally presented.

As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment – and have a reliable internet connection. We aim to deliver a high quality, excellent service for our clients, and so the successful new team member needs to be highly motivated and driven.

- Salary £30,000 dependent on experience
- Discretionary bonus (Up to10% of salary)
