This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Ad Operations/Deployment Specialist to join our team supporting the US market from our Toronto office. You will be responsible for campaign deployment, optimization, and reporting of contracted DOOH (digital out of home) and OOH (static out of home) campaigns. You will provide valuable support to the sales team on proposals for new business.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Traffic, monitor and optimize OOH/DOOH campaigns through multiple systems and tools based on required targeting criteria and client expectations across all national and local campaigns
- Generate proof-of-delivery, campaign, and inventory reports
- Efficiently deal with client matters, keeping the sales team updated
- Work directly with the sales team on proposals to secure new business, helping in upselling and cross selling
- Build strong relationships with the sales team and set proper expectations
- Provide frequent updates on all campaign activity to key stakeholders and attend weekly team meetings prepared with reports and analysis
- Maintain the media software’s validity of entries and data
- Take the lead in adhoc projects, as assigned
What you offer:
- Post secondary education preferably related to marketing or business administration
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of digital operations, ad trafficking, and/or account management experience in a fast-paced media environment, preferably with a publisher
- Proven track record in campaign management and optimization
- Experience with companywide ERP/CRM media software and ad servers is required
- Working knowledge of 1st & 3rd party audience segmentation
- Knowledge of OOH, DOOH and general media industry
- Superior PC skills (proficiency in MS-Excel and proprietary software tools)
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly analytical with effective time management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and cool-headed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well with others
- Motivated, energetic, determined, and has experience working in teams
