Are you someone who is looking for an opportunity to be involved in enhancing the lives & wellbeing of older people experiencing mental health problems and/or dementia? Our service users need support in many aspects of their lives.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the dementia inpatient service at The Mount. Ward one and ward two provide 24hr care for people with dementia.
We are looking to extend our existing Occupational Therapy provision in the service by recruiting two activity coordinators to work along with team to provide person centred care for people with dementia.
The jobholder will be actively involved in planning, organising and delivering high quality and meaningful recreational activities on either an individual or groupwork basis.
