Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As an Adventure Instructor you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our members both within the estate and in the local area. In this role, You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Adventure with the planning, setting up and execution of a wide variety of outdoor activities. This will include but is not limited to archery, axe throwing, bike rides walking tours. Alongside this you will assist with the booking process of activities for our members. The role will also include providing cover and assisting the Head of Adventure which in turn will provide an exceptional experience many of our members will have. Therefore, you will act as the greatest ambassador to Estelle Manor. You should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction along with delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. You will hold a full clean EU drivers’ licence and be aged 25 or above.

Pay and Benefits
- £14.38 per hour
- 20 days holiday, excluding bank holidays (increasing with length of service), pension and life assurance
