More about your role
The Active Communities Co-Ordinator will work with customers and their communities to ensure they have the support and facilities in place to live a healthy lifestyle and focus on their wellbeing.
You will develop partnerships with our external and internal stakeholders, such as leisure centres and clubs, to explore what opportunities can made available to our communities.
Please note this is an agile home based role however the appointed candidate will be working closely with our partners and communities in Milton Keynes, it is therefore essential that you are able to frequently travel within this area.

More about you
The successful candidate will have experience developing partnerships within the communities and a strong understanding of the social sector and issues our communities face. Experience managing projects and portfolios would be beneficial as would an understanding of bid writing and funding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as is the ability to develop effective working relationships.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
