Job description
The primary responsbilities of this position: responsible for the entry and reconciliation of all electronic billing invoices, and liaises with client, operations and finance to ensure the accuracy of the Accounts Receivable electronic billings.
This position is located at our head office in Acheson.
Salary: $40,497.00 to $47,860.00 per annum. With immediate access to benefits and our bonus program!
- Administer processing of all Labour and Equipment Hours & Third Party billings for assigned site on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Liaise with the client, site personnel, project managers and project accountants when investigating and solving discrepancies, corrections and revisions and provide guidance when required.
- Process daily LEMS.
- Review and maintain supporting billing documents.
- Prepare billing supporting and ad hoc schedules as requested.
- Prepare billing validation reports to ensure accuracy of time entered.
- Prepare Post Billing Validation and Exception reports and distribute to Project Managers for review and sign off.
- Assist in processing corrections with Time Entry as required.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- AR Invoice entry and payment applications into JDE Edwards application.
- Assist and support administration needs within the group.
- Two (2) years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing/Billing and/or Time Entry
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education or equivalent additional experience of no less than two (2) years preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically, strong knowledge of Excel- Familiarity with outside billing processes
- ERP experience desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
