We are partnered with a market leading business who is looking to expand there current finance team and hire a Accounts Payable Administrator in there Bedfordshire office.
- Preparing ledger reports for reporting purposes
- Inputting credit notes, invoices and payments onto the accounting system.
- Providing and relaying relevant information to internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Creating reports which provide information to effectively improve financial performance.
- Intercompany invoices and communication with various internal departments.
- Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable function and strong excel and financial software experience.
- Strong communication skills on all levels.
- Ensuring you are able to organise and prioritise your workload and work as an individual and as part of a team.
