As part of the Global Business Services Finance team based in the Paisley Centre of Excellence, the role supports the EMEA region across multiple ERPs and has a breadth of internal and external stakeholders.
The role holder will have a unique opportunity to drive process enhancement and productivity improvement through targeted analysis and improvement intervention.
What will you do?
- Responsibility for the delivery of all internal and external reporting
- Produce monthly metric reports with effective analysis to drive sustainable improvement
- Business partner with other Finance teams to help drive improvements
- ERP proficiency and experience
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and analysis ensuring full SOX and audit compliance
- Work very closely with the Team Leader and cover some of their responsibilities during absence
Who we are looking for:
- Requires considerable experience in a high performing, high volume, results driven environment, knowledge of a Shared Service network would be highly advantageous
- Analytical mindset
- Experience of continuous improvement techniques
- Strong knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Clear understanding of accounting standards and guidelines
- At least 2 years' Accounts Payable end-to-end experience
- HND/Degree in relevant Finance or Business course
