What YOU Will Do

Pomerleau is a leader in the construction industry in institutional, commercial, industrial and civil projects. Clients benefit from our expertise as a general contractor, construction manager, project manager and design-builder.

What Will You Do?

• 
  Pay vendor invoices within the payment time frames;
• Review invoices and short-form subcontracts;
• Enter invoices into the computer system;
• Release approved invoices to proceed with payment, and request discharges;
• Attach all documents required to issue payment;
• Proceed with payments;
• Keep up-to-date vendor records (change of address and other information);
• Follow-up on the monthly and final discharges, as well as the necessary legal documents;
• Respond to various requests.

• Diploma in accounting;
• 5+ years experience in accounting and/or similar role;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Bilingualism is not required although a good command of French is considered an asset;
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
• Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize
• Meticulous, resourceful and adaptable.
