Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a listed footwear brand on a permanent basis. You will be joining at an exciting time as they have created a new role due to the growth, they have experienced across the EMEA regions. This is a hybrid role based in Tottenham Court with the expectations of 1 to 2 days a week in office.
Details of the role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be working alongside four other members of the finance team in their London offices.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices for EMEA regions
- Ensuring correct payments are made to vendors
- Statement reconciliation
- Taking ownership of resolving and escalating queries to the team lead
Skills required:
The successful candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience within retail specialising. Experience with Oracle is desired additionally it would be preferable that the candidate possesses a second language. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and a passion for payables.
