Job description
We are looking for a reliable Accounts Payable person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be very organized and strong attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable process, invoice verification, data entry, and vendor management
- Accurately process invoices
- Match with corresponding purchase orders and verify accuracy
- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the team, such as filing, document management
- Reconcile payables account with vendor statements
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Issue sales tax exemption certificates to vendors as necessary and obtain W-9’s from suppliers as needed.
- Process payment requests via check, ACH or wire.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to vendors
Accounts Payable Required Skills:
· 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
· Strong Data entry skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Quickbooks experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
