Pay range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for the entire payment, vendor relations & reporting process for all utility vendors as well as other sensitive vendors. It is the primary department resource for performing uploads for AP processing for specific vendors. It is responsible for processing and reviewing Petty Cash reimbursements and provides various reporting responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Processing of all company utility payments using various methods of payments via phone and online
Reconciliation of corresponding utility accounts
Reconciliation of PCard utility statement
Processing consolidated and sensitive vendor payments
Miscellaneous Uploads for Payroll, Tax, and Fiduciary payments
Miscellaneous Vendor Uploads
Running recurring payment runs
Processing of petty cash and research credit memos Additional Functions:
Back up for other positions within the department
Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
High School Graduate and some college accounting classes preferred
3 or more years of general office experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency with computer systems (Excel and SAP experience preferred)
Ability to solve complex problems under pressure and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to relate to all levels of management
Detail oriented, accurate and organized
