We are seeking an experienced and well-organised member of staff to run the Purchase Ledger.
Felsted School’s Finance Department has a team of eight and we are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and approachable with a ‘can do’ mentality.
The main duties of the role will be processing and coding purchase invoices, monitoring invoice approvals and generating weekly payment batches, statement reconciliation work and liaising with budget holders and suppliers.
It is essential that the successful person has prior experience of purchase ledger work within a busy environment. You should be able to communicate effectively, have close attention to detail with good analytical skills and basic excel abilities. Applicants with AAT qualifications, and/or experience in using the Finance systems WCBS PASS or Lightyear would be especially welcomed.

This role is a permanent position working full-time (currently arranged Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm), all-year round.
