Esteemed Life Care Coventry are expanding their team and are looking to hire an invoice and accounts payable team member.
THIS ROLE IS OFFICE BASED
About the role:
- You will be responsible in ensuring the supplier and container invoices are paid correctly and on time
- You will be responsible for the weekly purchase invoices
- You will maintaining accurate records and filing of these invoices
- Anything else required in your role to assist with the finance team.
About you:
- Experience with paying invoices
- Experience in various areas of finance
- Confident in using various IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
