My client based on the outskirts of Thame is looking for a Trainee Accounts Payable Assistant.
The main role of the Trainee Accounts Payable Assistant will be to:
- Assist with the processing of purchase invoices and supplier statement reconciliations, whilst also assisting with other purchase ledger tasks.
The successful Trainee Accounts Payable Assistant will be:
- Highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills, combined with first-rate attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial but this is not essential as our client can provide all the training required for the right person.
Hours of work - 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, fully office-based.
Salary 21-24K depending on experience.
