We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to play a key role at the Greenock site.
- Applicants should be known for being a great team player whilst being self motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- You should have previous experience within an accounts payable department.
- You should possess excellent numerical, analytical, literacy, communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- In addition, you should be competent in using all Microsoft office packages.
- Responsible for actioning and distributing the Accounts Payable emails
- Processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Create and maintain weekly workflow reports – working with sites and vendors
- Prepare and export weekly payment runs
- Can work to tight monthly deadlines
- Auditing of employee expenses
- Supporting wider AP Team during busy periods
- Other ad hoc duties as required
