ACCOUNTS CLERK – SOUTHAMPTON

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our Subcontract Ledger team within our finance department, based at our Head Office in Southampton.
This role is ideally full-time (working 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday). However, we are also open to receiving applications from individuals seeking to work 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking and processing subcontract invoices
- Monitoring clearances
- Preparing for the payment runs
- Other adhoc accounts duties
Key Skills/Background:
- A background in accounts administration
- Experience of CIS advantageous but full training can be given
- Experience of working in a busy team, managing a large number of invoices
- Accurate & thorough
- Friendly and approachable
- Comfortable using Excel
