Accounts Assistant (Part Time) - VR/26514

Status: Permanent
Location: Thainstone, Inverurie

Rate: Available Upon Request

Part Time Accounts Assistant required for an organisation that provides specialist recruitment services and personnel to the offshore industry. 22.5hrs per week over 3 days, however one of these days must be a Friday. You should ideally be available to start mid-January 2023.

Reporting into the Management Accountant, your role will involve:

  • Chasing external POs.
  • Entering jobs onto SAP/B1.
  • Processing subcontractor invoices/timesheets through to payment and invoicing.
