With interests in TV/content production, Talent Management, Distribution and Touring/Events this is a fast paced and interesting business to join. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the position will partner the media distribution division and part of the TV production arm.

This position will offer a study package.
Responsibilities of the role include:
· Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of balance sheets
· Assist with the management of the accounts payable ledger from receipt of invoice through to payment
· Review and process all expense claims
· Assist with ad hoc financial and business analysis
· Weekly bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash positions
· Assist with the management recharging process
· Reconcile intercompany accounts
· Raise required invoices for the Distribution division & Factual Production debtors and see through to receipt of payment
· Assist with administering the corporate credit cards, from receipt through to payment, including authorisation
Candidate specification:
· Strong academic background (educated to degree calibre is beneficial)
· Previous, relevant experience gained within a TV, Media, Creative or similar organisation would be a distinct advantage
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and approachable nature with the ability to foster good working relationships, and be able to work collaborative across the business
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
· A genuine interest Media/TV/Entertainment
· Logical and adaptable approach, likes to use initiative and see tasks through to completion
· Good excel skills
· Great attention to detail, organised and deadline orientated
