Accounts Assistant - CARZ Grangemouth

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team in our brand-new CARZ Dealership in Grangemouth.

• Daily Cash banking
• Processing supplier invoices
• Sales Ledger
• Reconcile supplier statement's and process bank payments as required
• Daily allocation of bank payments received/made
• Reconcile bank transactions daily highlighting any issues to management
• Petty cash reconciliation
• On a weekly basis review sales ledger using aged debt analysis spreadsheet to identify aged debt. Escalate any payment issues to department manager and FC
• Monthly stock check and other month end reconciliations
• Ensure support given to other colleagues and department managers to ensure records are maintained accurately and promptly

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Work as a team player and confidently on your own.
