Permanent, Full-time

Hybrid working - Flexible on location with the occasional travel to Bristol

The Role

Responsible for all Employee Brand & Attraction Manager (EB&A Manager) channels, supporting the recruitment function in delivery against current & future demands. In addition, the Social Media & Attraction Manager will assist the Head of Recruitment in the creation and continuous development of Bupa Dental Cares EVP, enabling improved attraction, engagement and connection to the best talent in the industry.

As a key member of the recruitment leadership team, the EB&A Manager will create, develop, implement and evolve the Bupa Dental Care EB&A Manager strategy. This includes all tools, digital channels, technology, systems, campaign management, team training, data analytics, performance tracking, ownership of supplier & media relationships. A key part of the role will be to create a range of content in various formats, using video editing software and Adobe In-design/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute the social media strategy, be the brand’s voice on social media including ownership of the recruitment social media content calendar, management of our daily posts, live tweeting, responding and escalating as necessary on Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor, blogs, maintaining a positive and professional voice at all times.
  • Create & gather user generated content (video’s, blogs, photos) across the business teams to support an authentic EVP, attraction & social media strategy.
  • Working across key social media channels to ensure social media presence supports the brand and business objectives using content calendars, templates and best practices to drive increased visibility of current opportunities, help build out our talent pools.
  • Briefing and monitoring creative for all digital content, writing and editing copy, scheduling content, on page engagement and community management.
  • Innovate & trial new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all platforms
  • Be current across all new and emerging technologies and social communities – specifically within the video e-commerce space, use analytics tools to track the reach and influence of social media
  • Execute best practice across all social media platforms
  • Weekly reporting of performance and competitors review / market insight and future trends analysis
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team in devising, implementing and tracking progress of tailored social media campaigns in hard to fill areas
  • Provide expertise and trial new solutions, pushing the recruitment team to the forefront of social media recruitment Develop & execute the attraction strategy, delivering the here and now along with future pipeline requirements.
  • Maintain and evolve company profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards / publications
  • Create and maintain a suite of adverts, connecting with our different audiences and identifying the relevant USP’s to market
  • Negotiate fees, licenses and packages with Job board suppliers / media partners and manage ongoing agreements
  • Significant knowledge and experience with digital recruitment advertising (PPC, programmatic, paid social) strategies and plans for online channels
  • Maintain the careers site & identify improvements; providing candidates with engaging and informative content, ensuring user simplicity.
  • Identify opportunities to increase browse times & capture passive candidates.
  • Campaign management and attraction solutions to support fulfilling requirements in hard to fill locations and generating pipelines ahead of demand.
  • Continual review of analytics on campaigns & channel performance, industry trends and attraction sources; identifying successes and commercial wins
  • Regular team training sessions and sharing best practice, equipping the team to be sourcing experts
  • Work with the broader recruitment team to identify recruitment specific collateral needs and lead development of the recruitment toolkit for social media and attraction

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience across a broad range of social platforms / attraction channels relevant to social media recruitment
  • Demonstrable experience of analysing insights extracted from data platforms to assist in developing a recruitment strategy
  • In depth recruitment knowledge; having either worked in recruitment prior to specialising in Social Media & Attraction or supported a recruitment function in their social media strategy, candidate generation & attraction strategies
  • Significant, recent experience of utilising social media for recruitment with an emphasis on best practice, methodology and tools.
  • Ability to source and search alongside the team, as required
  • Best in class communicator, able to effortlessly switch tone and pace to pitch ideas to the recruitment team, the Bupa Dental Care business, our Senior Leadership Team and most importantly, to our candidate audience
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, as comfortable working alone or as part of a larger team
  • Politically savvy and able to navigate and build effective relationships within a complex, corporate business.
  • Basic practical knowledge of editing software Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Final Cut Pro X (or other video editing software)
