The Role
xDesign is looking to further strengthen the Finance team with the appointment of an enthusiastic and collaborative Accounts Assistant, looking to further their career within a growing company.
As an Accounts Assistant at xDesign you'll be responsible for:
- Accurate input of purchase ledger invoices and expenses
- Management of a busy Finance mailbox
- Preparation of payment runs
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Credit control
- Regular reporting as required
Requirements
- Confident being the first point of contact for the Finance team
- Accurate data input into our Xero accounting system
- Excellent IT skills - including Intermediate level of Excel

- Be highly organised, a self starter and quick learner
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Take pride in producing high quality, accurate and timely information
- Show exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Be resilient, adapt well to change and challenges

This is a hybrid position and the candidate should be within commutable distance from our Edinburgh office.
