Venn Group is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant for a market leading organisation in the Coventry area to fulfil a part time position.

Duties will include:-

• Sales Ledger duties including invoicing
• Purchase Ledger duties including invoice processing
• Issuing customer statements as well as supplier statements
• Completing statement reconciliations
• Chasing debtors (Credit Control)
• Processing bank transactions
• Handling petty cash
• Completing payroll timesheets

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong and keen attitude towards work
• Possess experience of the above duties
• Possess good system skills including MS Excel
