Accounts Administrator
As a rapidly expanding company, we are looking for a proactive and efficient candidate with previous experience in an account’s administration position.
As an account’s administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with the smooth running of the credit control and purchase ledger functions. Undertaking a wide range of accounting activities, including day-to-day maintenance and reconciliation of the cash books and bank accounts.
You will be responsible for awarding and maintaining customer credit accounts on monitoring all aspects of credit control as well as purchase ledger and preparing weekly payments to suppliers.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
· Previous administration experience gained within a finance or accounting function.
· A good level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and
computer based accounting software.
· Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
· The ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
The working hours for this position are as follows:
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42-£10.99 per hour
