Job Role: Accounts Assistant
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Location: Work remotely
Job Description:
- Responsible for the timely allocation of payments to Sale Invoices through the use of Excel and Sage.
- Ensure Customer Accounts are kept up to date and any outstanding/unallocated cash is proactively chased.
- Assist in raising Sale Invoices and Credit notes, along with assisting the Accounts Manager in the Sales reconciliation process within Sage.
What you will need:
- Strong IT / Excel skills and the ability to learn systems quickly
- Ability to work calmly and effectively whilst working under pressure and to deadlines
- Good Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in Sales Ledger role is desirable
- Sage experience is desirable
- Covering staff holidays when required
- Make bank payments when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £16,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
