Our client has an urgent requirement for someone to join them as an Accounts Assistant, based in the Peterborough area.

Your day to day duties within the friendly environment include:

• Resolving finance queries
• Processing invoices and expenses accurately to ensure approval for payment
• Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients
• Banking
• Petty Cash
• General administrative duties

Successful candidates must have the following skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Previous accounts experience
• IT Literate – confident with using excel
• Exposure to a range of financial systems
