Accounts Assitance
Level 2-3 AAT or A Level in finance related Area
Concentric Group Finance Department
Wolverhampton WV9 – Flexible location
up to £28,000 a year - Part Time - Full-time, Permanent, dependant on experience and qualifications
Founded in the UK in 1990 Our Group of companies are Industry leaders in the Property Letting, Letting Agency and Management Services UK wide.
Tenancy Management Hub, Property Management department manages in excess of 2000 properties on behalf of clients/landlords within all sectors. This encompasses an approximate rent roll of £18 million and circa 3000 tenancies across the UK.
Our Coaching Company runs 40+ events each year and coaches Agency business owners nationwide at these event and online.
We are fronted by regional office in various locations across under numerous brands, across the UK in areas including Wolverhampton, Liverpool, Norfolk, Leeds, Coventry, Newcastle, Warrington, North Wales and London however our tenancy management and client accountant is delivered from our central team here in the midlands
The Average Day
Working flexibly from our modern fun offices or based at home (or a mixture of both) alongside our other accounting team members, the key role here is to operate the invoicing, receivables, report and ledger accounting functions, and managing payments in and out, balancing and self-auditing on a daily basis on Zero, Sage, and Excel with FULL TRAINING WIL BE GIVEN
Core Roles
Key tasks and responsibilities include the following:
- Bank reconciliations,
- Journal entries to sage,
- Accounts receivable,
- Running debtors
- Creditors reports,
- Sending out remittances,
- Inputting invoices on to sage,
- Running debtors reports,
- Payment runs,
- Assisting with month end procedures,
There will also be other tasks, as and when required to fulfil
Other considerations
Working closely with the Accounts Manager and with the Finance Manager and the team to help and assist them in the financial Management of the various companies in the group.
Qualifications Required
AAT level 2-3 or A level in a finance subject area as a minimum
Softer Skills
You need to be a high level in both written and oral communication to be able to clearly explain your findings to the customer and your colleagues and to be able to understand deeply the working of the financial systems (once learnt) Many of our team are remote and therefore on the phone communication and written (email) is very important in this role

Training Options
As well as the 90 training sessions per year we run as a company all around business operation and the property industry, you will be working alongside other accounts persons but directly working beneath the operations and finance director, so this is a great opportunity to learn from the best and develop your career in finance
