Job description
Clan Partners require Accounts Assistant to join the group of companies on a permanent basis. This is full time role and offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days home). This is a varied accounts role and successful applicant will be involved in supporting several group businesses with sales and purchase invoice, payment runs and bank reconciliations. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Processing cash book transactions on a weekly basis.
- Processing bank reconciliation on a weekly basis.
- Day to day management of company bank accounts.
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Processing sales debit notes.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Journal preparing.
- Preparing monthly intercompany debit notes.
- Weekly banking.
- Reviewing monthly petty cash.
- Reviewing company credit cards.
- Ensuring month-end duties are completed on time for management account preparation.
- Any other job-related duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
