Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is well versed with the common tools in accounting software. The right candidate is prepared to deal with the various tasks that are required in an accounting department, including balancing accounts, calculating our tax liability and assisting the department manager. A successful candidate will be comfortable learning from senior team members, as well as prioritising work and setting personal deadlines.
You will be working in a busy accounts department for a property firm and duties will include.
Checking and posting of purchase ledger invoices
Administering the release of tenants deposits
Processing supplier and client payments
Reconciliation of card account and deposit registration account
Assisting Client Accountants in their day to day roles
Liaising with suppliers, tenants and internally within the company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
