We are currently looking for a passionate Accounts Assistant, to join our Finance on a permanent basis, to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as an Accounts Assistant, your main duties will include:
- To answer/solve all guests’ billing and credit card queries within 24 hours.
- To ensure all sales ledger invoices are send out/uploaded promptly.
- To send monthly statements of accounts.
- Reconcile and process for payment travel agent commissions.
- Prepare monthly commission accruals
- Reconcile all hotel vouchers.
- Liaise with reservations team to ensure no-show, cancellation fees are posted daily.
- To assist the Credit Manager in the performance of his/her other duties when required.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be required to work 40hours per week.
