LOCATIONS: Gloucester and Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office.

As an Accounts Analyst you’ll apply your CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) and finance skills to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and different business areas across the group to deliver the right outcome for our customers.
This role is based in our Workplace Savings Team where you’ll be responsible for reconciliations and accurate financial reporting and several CASS processes. You’ll take ownership of delivering critical processes and controls ensuring we’re aligned to the FCA CASS regulations.

What you’ll need
We're looking for an individual with a broad range of CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) and finance skills. You’ll work collaboratively across the Workplace operations as well as other areas across the Group. Depending on the location, we’ll provide side by side training to enhance your existing skill set.

Experience in a financial services organisation with financial reconciliations and CASS background

Strong numerical and analytical skills and high quality standards

Able to cope with a fast paced environment, varying workloads and pressures
