Accounts Adminstrator
Bierkeller Bars/restaurants. Head Office. Leeds City Centre
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Permanent. office Based Role
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and confident accounts assistant to work within the accounts team which manages our busy bar/restaurants. Assisting with all areas of accounting within the company, you will report directly to the finance controller.
Main duties will include:
- Ledger maintenance
- Daily Invoicing, monthly statements
- Opening new accounts
- Customer Credits, Allocating payments
- Liaising with suppliers by phone & email
- Providing POD’s, invoices, statements etc
- Cashflow and payment conciliation
- Purchase Invoice Checking
- Process and update payroll program
- Manage and update expense accounts
- Review analytics reports
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Xero, is desirable
As an integral part of the team, you will be highly organised, a multi tasker who can working in a busy environment, moving between computer systems. An excellent communicator with good computer literacy, you will be able to work to a high standard and ensure 100% accuracy.
Previous experience in accounts is essential and on the job training will be given to the successful candidate. Our office is located in the heart of Leeds, conveniently located 3 minutes from Leeds train station.
