Accounts Administrator - Expenses

Are you an experienced Accounts / Expenses Administrator looking for a role in a friendly and collaborative team and in a flexible working environment?
As the Accounts / Expenses Administrator here at Netcall, you will ensure expenses are processed and paid. It may not be all glitz and glamour, but who doesn’t love people that pay them money!
The Role
You’ll be charged with handling expense claims, travel and card payments. With your keen eye for detail you’ll check receipts, make sure VAT is marked up correctly and process invoices using our Webexpenses system.
Not only that, you’ll also get to talk to lots of different people when you’re gathering information, discussing their claims and meeting some of our new starters when going through their finance induction.
About You
You don’t need any specific qualifications, but it would be great if you have some experience in an administrative role, ideally in a finance team and are confident in using MS Excel. Our finance team are a friendly bunch and always help each other out to get things done. If you want to get involved in other tasks, we encourage that too!
Ideally, you’ll be based within a reasonable commute of Bedford, whilst we aren’t in the office all the time – it’s great to be able to get together and work things through as a team.
