ACCOUNTS/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT PART TIME
Brackenwood Property Management are seeking an Accounts/Administration Assistant for our Ballyclare Office, to provide a full range of financial management duties and administration support to the Property Managers.
The ideal Candidate will be a competent hard-working professional with the ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment. This Position is for 3 days a week no weekend work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts
Book keeping experience or experience using an accountant software favorable
Purchase and sales ledgers
Credit control Experience
Bank Reconciliations
General Office
Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
Answering / Transferring Calls to relevant department
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Clerical & Accounts Administration Experience favorable
IT skills
