- Recording financial transactions accurately in our accounting system.
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Providing support during the annual financial audit process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Some experience as an Accounting Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with SAP considered an asset.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
