In order to strengthen our finance team based in Slough, UK, we are looking for a financial accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the General Ledger, AR and Reporting for the Entity.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Accounting records and reconciliations - General Ledger, Labour Cost, Banks and Treasury reporting; Tax Accounting; Reporting on Legal Entity - Actual/ Forecast; Statutory reporting
- Monthly and year-end consolidated reporting as well as monthly review of Trial Balance versus Accounting Ledgers and review of uploaded data in the consolidated reporting package
- Monthly comparison of ACT versus Forecast
- Quarterly upload of Balance Sheet account reconciliation
- Fixed Assets management
- Accounting records and reconciliations - Fixed assets
- Investment reporting actual
- Internal and external audit support
- Completion and posting of sales orders to Invoices
- Periodic analysis and dunning procedures
- Accounts reconciliation
- Sales orders tax treatment
- Client Queries
- Reporting Package
- Local Statutory Reporting Package
- Audit requests (Internal or External)
- Daily matching and posting of Electronic Bank Statements
- Bank Reconciliation
- Treasury Reporting - Budget/Forecast
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or in Business Administration or equivalent and gained at least 3 years of experience in the accounting field.
ACCA Qualification is a must.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.
Fluent English is required.
