USA Remote Sage Intacct Implementation Manager
Lescault Walderman, Inc. (LWI) is looking for a seasoned US based remote Sage Intacct Implementation Manager.
A preferential candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Sage Intacct including designing instances and dimensions, core module configuration, formatting and importing legacy data, experience with 3rd party applications, smart rules, work-flow automation, and report writing.
This position is primarily client-facing and after contracts are signed. This involves working with the Department Director to understand the client’s needs, project management including setting client and team expectations, and executing workflow solutions with staff. A suitable candidate will thrive in a busy environment and juggling multiple clients.
To excel the candidate must be a personable and collaborative person, as well as expert in effective decision making. They must also be globally oriented and self-motivated. Strong project management and communication skills are also an integral part of the candidate’s profile. This individual needs to be able to listen to client needs, quickly adapt, keep pace and flourish in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment.

LWI was founded in 2006 providing outsourced accounting services to clients remotely in a wide range of industries. We have provided remote positions to staff for over 10 years. LWI has the experience and infrastructure to support this work-from-home model.

LWI is scaling rapidly. We have experienced moderate growth in all years leading up to 2021 and now service clients globally. Since 2021, LWI has doubled in size from organic growth and two acquisitions (including a South African accounting technology company). We are looking for opportunistic hires who look forward to a challenge and have a desire to grow with the company.
Your Role:
- Successfully manage Sage Intacct implementations to achieve client and company goals;
- Ensure compliance with established implementation methodologies, best practices and quality as well as internal controls;
- Work collaboratively with clients and team members to ensure a successful implementation process while also meeting timelines;
- Coordinate, plan and lead internal and external project meetings.
Desired Qualifications: The ideal candidate will show strength in the following areas.
- Intacct Implementation Certified, advanced modules training certificates preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting – must have proven track record in senior level accounting positions;
- 5 years of overall relevant experience with at least 2 years’ experience implementing Sage Intacct as the lead on the project;
- Expert in Microsoft products (Office365 Email, Calendar, OneDrive, Teams, and Excel);
- Strong project management and leadership skills;
- Acts independently and collaboratively;
- Thrives in a busy environment who is motivated by delivering a timely and excellent service to clients;
- A self-starter who identifies problems, researches solutions, and executes their implementation;
- Works well in established processes that have proven successful;
- Adaptive leadership style to promote a friendly work environment;
- Professional written and oral communication style that expresses confidence and affability;
- Technical experience in the functionality of Sage Intacct;
- GAAP knowledge, experience is a plus.

This is a full-time salaried position at 40 hours per week. Salary range starts at 110K.
