Responsibilities:

• To facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients
• To engage with clients via phone, email, and in face-to-face meetings
• Prepare and submit accurate accounts and tax returns in a timely manner
• Provide expert advice on financial matters such as cashflow, budgets & pricing
• To address any outstanding issues with a thorough follow-up
• Ensure records are updated through efficient bookkeeping and manage VAT Returns
• To act as a liaison between clients and HMRC to resolve any enquiries
• Produce comprehensive end-of-year financial and fee reviews to ensure clients’ success
• Attend team meetings as and when required

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in practice
• ACA/ACCA qualified (Desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Xero
• Positive attitude
• Team player
